Independent product studio
We take ambitious ideas from first principle to shipped product — strategy, design and engineering under one roof. No handoffs, no theatre. One team that owns the outcome.
Capabilities
Three disciplines, one team. We are deliberately small so the people who scoped your product are the people who build it.
Figure out what is worth building before anyone writes code. Positioning, scope, unit economics, and the sequence that gets you to signal fastest.
Interfaces that earn trust on the first screen. Systems rather than mockups — tokens, components, and states that survive contact with real data.
Production software, not demos. Typed end to end, deployed on every push, observable in production, and handed over with the keys.
Selected work
A sample of what the studio is building right now.
A multi-vendor marketplace built in nine staged releases — catalog, search, orders, payments, reviews and seller onboarding.
A Telegram mini app that turns a short prompt into a finished visual — onboarding, generation queue and billing in one surface.
A women's health tracker: cycle prediction, symptom logging and a private data model that never leaves the user's control.
An operations platform replacing a spreadsheet estate — one source of truth, audited changes, and reporting people actually trust.
Process
Fixed-scope stages with a working artefact at the end of each. You can stop after any of them and still own something that runs.
One week. We pressure-test the idea, agree what success looks like in numbers, and cut the scope to what earns its place.
Two to three weeks. Flows, a design system and a clickable prototype — enough to put in front of real users before committing to code.
Staged releases, each one deployable. Continuous delivery from day one, so "done" is something you can open in a browser, not a status report.
Source, infrastructure, runbooks and the accounts they live in. No lock-in, no dependency on us to keep the lights on.
